The House of People's Representatives is one of the institutions of a democratic system that plays a leading role in ensuring the rule of law in any sovereign country; promoting democracy and good governance; and ensuring the human and democratic rights, equality, and benefits of citizens. The history of the House of People's Representatives system on a global scale has been around for more than ten centuries, or since 930, and its importance has been recognized and updated over time, reaching our times. Although its history and implementation began in the European country of Spain, there are many documents that show that it began to be implemented in a modern way in 1295 or the 13th century in England.
